We're looking for someone who wants to learn every aspect of running a successful automotive repair shop-from customer service and sales to technician leadership, operations, and financial performance.

Compensation

$800-$1,100 per week , based on experience

Performance reviews with opportunities for advancement and increased compensation

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service from vehicle check-in through delivery

Build trust with customers by explaining repair recommendations honestly and professionally

Prepare estimates and manage repair orders

Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers

Assist with daily shop operations, scheduling, and productivity

Monitor repair quality and ensure an exceptional customer experience

Help train and motivate team members

Learn inventory control, cost management, and key performance metrics

Work alongside the Store Manager to develop the leadership skills needed to run your own location

What We're Looking For

Automotive service advisor, assistant manager, or leadership experience preferred

Automotive repair knowledge required

Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills

Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Leadership mindset with a desire to coach and develop others

Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Experience with shop management software is a plus
