Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to strengthen our team. Your responsibilities will include managing and executing marketing campaigns across platforms by building audience segments, workflows, and assets, ensuring accurate data integration between systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and supporting end-to-end campaign operations by identifying and resolving execution roadblocks, optimizing processes, and enabling lead generation through targeted offers and automation. You will offer data-driven performance insights to the marketing leadership, adapt to new tasks as they arise, and demonstrate excellent communication skills while collaborating with diverse teams. Additionally, you will coordinate with external vendors to achieve program objectives. Mitratech is a dynamic, fast-paced, and agile company filled with excitement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, AI tools), including audience segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign asset deployment
- Ensure data accuracy and seamless lead flow by managing list imports, campaign setup, and system integrations
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in campaign execution, proactively improving processes and efficiency
- Monitor campaign performance and support lead generation efforts through targeted offers, landing pages, and automation strategies
- Flexibility to accommodate emerging responsibilities and last-minute changes, but the ability to push back when necessary
- Excellent communication skills. You can work cross-functionally with various types of teams
- Engage and manage outside vendors as necessary to contribute to program goals
- Reports to the Revenue Marketing Manager
As part of the Revenue Marketing team, you will be expected to stay focused on pipeline evolution, changes within our database, monitoring the impact of our campaigns, and proactively bringing solutions to the table.
Requirements & Skills:
- 2-3 years of digital / marketing operations experience, preferably with a focus on B2B.
- Familiarity with SFDC & HubSpot with the ability to report on digital channel performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks inside Asana, reprioritizing based on needs
- Teamwork mentality – we have a tight-knit team; you must be able to work well with others
- Solution-oriented – we all encounter problems, but how can we solve them?
- Eager to learn and grow, with a genuine curiosity for new tools, platforms, and marketing operations best practices

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities – This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000 Annually USD
Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
