Location: Remote, USA Employment type: Contract Indicative rate: $68–$78/hr

You will play a key role in facilitating meetings, conducting workshops, and analyzing business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Required qualifications

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Experience in healthcare or public health sectors
