Job description
You are a commercially driven leader with strong emotional intelligence and experience in a complex, customer-facing environment. You know how to lead at scale, stay close to the business and bring different stakeholders together to make things happen.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on leadership style and understand what it takes to run a high-profile location where brand experience, operations, hospitality and commercial performance must come together every day.
On top of this, you bring:
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, events or other branded customer environments
- Strong in-store experience, with time spent close to the shop floor
- Proven experience leading a flagship, multi-floor or otherwise complex, high-volume location
- A strong track record in commercial performance, operational excellence and people leadership
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different functions
- The ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and turn ideas into execution
- High emotional intelligence and a leadership style that builds trust, ownership and collaboration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus, but not required
