Housekeeper - Clubhouse and Facilities

New Albany Country Club is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented housekeeper to help maintain the exceptional cleanliness and presentation of our beautiful clubhouse and facilities. Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Tuesday-Sunday 11 am - 7 pm FT hours or PT hours 11 am - 7 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• Hours may extend later into the evening during weddings, banquets, and special events
• Flexible schedule based on Club events and seasonal needs

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the interior of the clubhouse, including dining rooms, lounges, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock banquet rooms before, during, and after events.
• Maintain the cleanliness of member and guest restrooms throughout the clubhouse.
• During golf season, clean and stock restrooms located throughout the golf course.
• Clean and maintain the Turf Care employee lunchroom and restroom facilities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, polish, and empty trash throughout assigned areas.
• Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly.
• Assist with event setup and post-event cleaning as requested.
• Follow all Club safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, climb stairs, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
