About the Role

As a Work From Home Sales Representative , you'll connect with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments. You'll listen to their needs, explain available benefit options, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role combines relationship building, customer service, and consultative sales in a professional remote environment where your growth and success are supported every step of the way.

What You'll Do

Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms

Build trust by understanding each client's unique needs

Present available benefit options in a clear, professional, and consultative manner

Answer client questions and provide ongoing support throughout the enrollment process

Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and digital business tools

Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and weekly team meetings

Work toward individual performance goals while receiving continuous mentorship

Develop valuable communication, customer service, and professional sales skills
