Position Overview

The Sales Associate helps create a positive shopping experience by assisting customers with merchandise selection, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized sales floor. This role supports daily store operations by providing customer service, handling purchases and returns, restocking merchandise, and maintaining store appearance standards. Sales Associates work as part of a team to ensure customers receive helpful and welcoming service throughout their shopping experience.

This position is located in Staten Island, New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide fashion/product recommendations.
• Operate the POS system and process cash, debit, credit, and other transactions accurately.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish merchandise, fold clothing, and support store merchandising standards.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and purchasing products.
• Support daily store operations as needed.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience, but not required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including folding, stocking, and organizing products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range

USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
