Position Overview

The Team Member supports daily restaurant operations by preparing food, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. This role provides friendly customer service, takes orders, prepares menu items according to company standards, and helps ensure a positive dining experience for every guest. Team Members work collaboratively with coworkers and may assist in different areas of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

This position is located in Staten Island, New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh burgers, fries, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly customer service.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining and kitchen area.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily restaurant operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other assigned restaurant duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have at least 1 year of food service experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with cash handling and POS operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Flexible, open availability to work assigned shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range

USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
