About All Together Autism

At All Together Autism (ATA), we provide child- and family-centered autism services through home, community, and clinic-based programs. Our interdisciplinary team delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychological services, and coordinated care that empowers children and families to thrive.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on senior leader to manage both the clinical and operational performance of our organization. We believe exceptional clinical outcomes and a high-performing business are inseparable. This role exists to ensure both.

Position Summary

The Vice President, Clinical & Business Operations is a key member of ATA's executive leadership team, responsible for integrating clinical excellence with operational execution, financial performance, and strategic growth.

This leader oversees ABA and Psychology operations while ensuring the systems, people, and processes are in place to deliver exceptional care efficiently and sustainably. Success requires someone equally comfortable mentoring clinicians, improving workflows, analyzing business performance, solving operational challenges, and leading organizational growth.

Unlike many executive roles, this position remains connected to clinical practice by maintaining a limited billable hours through assessments, starts of care, consultation, or coverage as needed. This ensures continued clinical credibility while supporting operational flexibility.

This is a highly visible, onsite leadership role requiring executive presence, strong business acumen, and a willingness to lead from the front.

What You'll Own

Executive & Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with ownership to execute ATA's strategic vision and growth initiatives.
  • Lead operational excellence across all clinical service lines.
  • Translate organizational strategy into measurable operational results.
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and leadership capabilities that support continued growth.
  • Foster a true culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional client care.

Clinical Leadership

  • Provide executive onsite oversight of ABA and Psychology services.
  • Maintain limited clinical billable hours through assessments, starts of care, or operational coverage.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical leaders, BCBAs, psychologists, and operational leaders.
  • Ensure treatment quality, client outcomes, and adherence to evidence-based practices.
  • Promote interdisciplinary collaboration across clinical teams.

Operational Leadership

  • Serve as the operational leader responsible for ensuring the organization runs efficiently every day.
  • Own staffing models, scheduling, utilization, and clinical capacity planning.
  • Align clinician availability with client demand while minimizing service delays.
  • Manage operational escalations involving staffing, facilities, scheduling, and client experience.
  • Continuously improve workflows that enhance both client outcomes and organizational efficiency.

Business Performance

Own the operational dashboard and use data to drive decisions across the organization.

Key performance indicators include

  • Revenue growth
  • EBITDA
  • Hours delivered
  • Authorized vs. delivered hour conversion
  • Staff utilization
  • Productivity
  • Client satisfaction
  • Referral conversion
  • Intake-to-start timelines
  • Attendance and cancellation rates
  • Treatment plan adherence
  • Employee engagement and retention
  • Operational efficiency

Treat organizational performance as a connected system by understanding the drivers behind every metric and implementing solutions that improve both clinical and business outcomes.

Growth & Business Development

  • Oversee referral pipeline performance from inquiry through start of care.
  • Partner with business development to align client growth with clinical capacity.
  • Build relationships with physicians, schools, health systems, and community partners.
  • Support new program development, expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

Process Improvement

  • Bridge clinical operations and business performance by designing systems that improve both.
  • Identify operational challenges before they become organizational problems.
  • Lead implementation of workflow improvements through communication, coaching, and accountability.
  • Use data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

People Leadership & Culture

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing clinical and organizational leaders.
  • Lead performance management with clear expectations and accountability.
  • Foster a culture built on ownership, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead meetings that drive alignment, problem-solving, and measurable action.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification required; Licensed Psychologist credentials are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral healthcare, including supervising clinical teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading both clinical operations and business performance.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience managing budgets, productivity, utilization, and organizational metrics.
  • Proven ability to identify problems, make data-informed decisions, and execute solutions independently.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite five days per week.

Preferred

  • MBA, MHA, or executive leadership training.
  • Experience leading multi-site ABA or pediatric behavioral health organizations.
  • Experience scaling a growing healthcare operation.

The Leader We're Seeking

You are a strategic operator who enjoys building organizations as much as developing people.

You think beyond your own department, understanding how clinical quality, scheduling, staffing, client experience, financial performance, and culture all connect. You don't wait for someone else to define problems-you identify them, solve them, and create systems that prevent them from recurring.

You lead with integrity, accountability, emotional intelligence, and high standards. Your success is measured not only by clinical outcomes, but by the strength of the organization and the number of children who receive exceptional care because the team performs at its best.

Why Join All Together Autism?

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of a growing behavioral healthcare organization. You'll work alongside executive leadership to build scalable systems, develop exceptional clinical leaders, improve operational performance, and expand access to life-changing services for children and families.

If you're passionate about combining clinical excellence with business leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
