  • Develop and implement a streamlined, repeatable process for managing the location sourcing queue, ensuring transparency and efficiency across stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the full pipeline of photography and video projects-from initial opportunity identification through pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external vendors (e.g., photographers, videographers, editors) to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all production-related communications, ensuring alignment across creative, marketing, and business teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve production processes, tools, and vendor relationships to enhance quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Own sourcing of decking, railing, siding and trim project locations through networking across the organization (e.g. Marketing, Sales, key builders) and define a streamlined process for queue
  • Own and lead pipeline of photography projects (stills, video) end-to-end from sourcing opportunities to pre-production planning and post production execution with internal team(s) and external vendor partners
