Microsoft Entra Identity Management Engineer

Location: Brussels, Belgium Work Model: Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Entra Identity Management Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to join a dynamic project in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and modern authentication technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain low-level design (LLD) documentation and architecture diagrams for IAM solutions and application onboarding.
• Plan and execute Single Sign-On (SSO) migrations (SAML/OIDC) from legacy Identity Providers to Microsoft Entra ID.
• Participate in customer workshops and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Support testing of authentication, SSO, and access management processes.
• Build and maintain automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Integrate identity solutions using Microsoft Graph and REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain IAM standards aligned with Zero Trust security principles.
• Create operational documentation, runbooks, and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams following ITIL/ITSM best practices.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Conditional Access.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Azure Automation, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of SCIM provisioning, identity monitoring, SQL, and KQL.
• Familiarity with Azure fundamentals, RBAC, and networking concepts.
• Strong documentation and diagramming skills (Visio; Mermaid/PlantUML is an advantage).
• Excellent English communication skills. French and/or Dutch is a plus.
