Business Development Manager - KSA (Signage / Fit Out / Retail Branding / Joinery)

Role Overview

Our client is a leading creative production company specializing in luxury retail, experiential environments, and bespoke brand activations.

They are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Manager to drive new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone with experience in project sales who enjoys building relationships, generating new leads, and securing projects.

The successful candidate will focus on selling the company's solutions across signage, theming, branding, and fit-out related projects.

What You'll Be Selling

  • Signage solutions (indoor & outdoor)
  • Theming and branded environments
  • Retail branding and display solutions
  • Interior fit-out related works
  • Custom fabrication and project-based solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, retail brands, and corporate clients.
  • Meet prospective clients, prepare proposals, and close project opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in project sales or business development.
  • Experience in industries such as signage, fit-out, construction, interiors, joinery, exhibitions, branding, or related project-based businesses is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for new business development.
  • Existing network within the Saudi market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a must for the role.
