Marketing Manager
Job description
- Develop both long and short-term strategies to lead Royal Garden Plaza (RGP) in Retails market.
- Maintain good working relationship and coordinate with Operations team.
- Monitor sale performance, anticipate causes affecting performance, indicate magnitude of impact on sales and provide Management, Operation and Finance with attractive promotion campaigns to raise sale volume.
- Work with finance team to conduct value analysis. Continue competitor and pricing analysis.
- Direct, develop, implement and evaluate of effective promotion and advertising programs. Ensure budgeting control on promotion and advertising expenditure.
- Execute and follow up marketing programs according to master plan of marketing.
- Coordinate with creative agency in terms of briefing, design and artwork of advertisement and collateral materials.
- Coordinate with media agency and execute detail for any communication activity program.
- Effective internal communication including all related department to understand and get-well coordination for all marketing programs.
- Summarize and control marketing expense under monthly and annual budget.
- Coordinate with Tenants for marketing program.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- At least bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- At least 4 years’ experience in data analysis and marketing research.
- Strong communication and project management skills, able to manage several assignments simultaneously.
- Strong in inter-personality skill.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Thai with computer literacy.
- Computer literature in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
