Job Summary

As a REF_TEAL-Operator-Production at Titan, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure the timely and efficient production of high-quality aerospace and defence products. You will work closely with the manufacturing team to meet production targets and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment
• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes
• Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Continuously strive to improve production processes and suggest solutions for any issues that may arise

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining production equipment in the aerospace or defence industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Experience with CNC machines and other production equipment is preferred
• Knowledge of aerospace and defence industry standards and regulations is a plus

Work Experience

Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, Tool & Die, Production Engineering with 4-7 years of experience in operating, programming, and setting VMC machines. Experience in 5 Axis machine operations is preferred
