Job Requirements

CNC Machine Setter cum operator (5 Axis machine)

• Skill required for Setting and prove the part in CNC Milling Machines
• Knowledge on Cutting tools
• Knowledge on work holding devices & fixturing
• Skill set required to handle the measuring instruments
• Machining drawing interpretation skill
• Knowledge on GD & T parameters
• Technical Problem Solving / Trouble Shooting
• Basic knowledge on CNC programming
• Rejection control and root cause analysis

Work Experience

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

2 to 4 years’ of experience on CNC milling machine operation.

Knowledge about AS9100 and various Aerospace Raw materials will be an added advantage.
