The Banque centrale du Luxembourg (BCL), member of the Eurosystem, is currently seeking to recruit for its Information Technology Department, a(n):

“ETL / MFT” Specialist (m/f/d) Career: A1 Full time - (ref.: 13/IT3/2026)

Your mission

Within the "Application Services" section of the Bank's IT department, in a team dedicated to deliver solutions in terms of application integration, you will ensure and coordinate the activities of evolution and corrective maintenance of platforms and data flows related to file transfers.

Your responsibilities

• You install and provide technical administration for the “ETL” (Extract, Transform, Load) and “MFT” (Managed File Transfer) platforms, which manage inter-application data flows within the Bank's information system;
• You develop internal and inbound/outbound data flows to integrate the various existing applications within the Bank's infrastructure or in the cloud, and you also provide maintenance and second-level support;
• You actively participate in improving the architecture of the existing information system and integrating new platforms;
• You contribute to the evolution of business processes in line with the defined strategy;
• You participate in projects related to inter-application integration and activities such as defining data flow architectures, configuring new tools/modules, managing IT service providers and documenting in accordance with internal procedures and instructions;
• You participate in the development of functional and technical specifications in collaboration with business and other IT teams;
• You are responsible for technical testing and participate in functional user testing as well as the on-call system.

Your profile

• You hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology;
• You have experience in a similar role;
• You possess technical skills in the following areas: o Knowledge of “ETL” and “MFT” platform administration (transfer protocols, security, and cryptography); o Knowledge of delivering technical and functional specifications; o Knowledge of low-code and no-code programming, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), and APIs (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML); o Knowledge of technical project coordination (DBA, systems, networks, development, unit testing, integration testing, etc.); o Knowledge of “SQL” queries and data modeling (data warehouses); o Knowledge of “ITIL” processes and codes of conduct for information security control; o Experience in managing enterprise or banking applications would be an asset.
• You are fluent in French and English; a good knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an advantage;
