Responsibilities
The General Accounting Supervisor is responsible on the following:
- Overseeing the accounting operations of the assigned section, month-end and year-end closing of books of assigned Operating Unit (OU).
- Reviewing the completeness of monthly GL vs SL reconciliation of assigned Balanced Sheet accounts.
- Posting of respective OU transactions in the general ledger.
- Preparation of statutory financial statement draft in coordination with external auditors to comply with BIR and SEC reportorial requirements.
- Supervises assistants under him / her.
