We are building a high-performance finance team supporting established US-based organisations.

We are hiring across

Controller / Senior Finance Lead

Staff Accountants

AP / Payroll Specialists

US accounting experience is essential.

You must have worked in a US GAAP environment supporting US-based entities.

What This Team Will Do

This team will operate within a structured US GAAP framework, delivering:

Month-end close execution and oversight

Multi-entity financial reporting

General ledger ownership

Accruals, prepayments and reconciliations

Fixed asset and intercompany accounting

Payroll processing and payroll journal posting

Vendor management and AP controls

Variance analysis and management reporting

KPI tracking and performance commentary

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who

Have proven US GAAP exposure

Have supported US-based entities remotely or directly

Have worked in multi-entity or structured reporting environments

Are strong in month-end close and reconciliations

Are comfortable working with international leadership teams

Transferable experience is welcome.

If you have worked in

US audit engagements

US accounting support environments

US payroll processing

Financial reporting roles serving US clients

And are looking to transition into a structured operational finance environment, we would like to hear from you.

Or similar US-based accounting systems
