Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of sales representatives. As the Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will play a vital role in driving the teams success by providing guidance, training, and support, while also monitoring sales performance and reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure alignment with company sales strategies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team members' skills and productivity.
• Develop and implement sales plans to increase market share and revenue growth.
• Manage key client relationships and address customer inquiries or concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Solid understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Experience in the food & beverage distribution or related industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
