Position Description Lead and develop the corporate banking and transaction banking divisions to provide best-in-class services and customer experience to corporate clients and sustainably grow the business
Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the management and development needs of Corporate Banking Division and Global Transaction Banking Division. Establish an effective relationship management model to build trust with corporate clients so that they view the Bank as an advisor and business partner. Design and implement products and services in demand from the corporate clients. Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of digital tools for corporate clients. Deepen the Bank's relationship with corporate clients by gaining access to the SME value chains and winning over payroll mandates. Establish and manage the KPIs of the divisions to achieve an ecosystem strategy. Develop new corporate relationships, retain existing relationships, and bring back departed relationships
Qualifications and Requirements 15+ years in senior corporate / commercial leadership and transactional banking. Direct experience in corporate / commercial credit analysis and relationship management for well-known financial institutions. Proven track record in business growth, client relationship management, and revenue delivery. Strong understanding of corporate and industry financial needs. Strategic thinker with strong corporate commercial acumen. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Preferred Chinese proficiency skills and excellent in written and spoken English
