About the Role
Guide students through Edexcel IAL Biology with emphasis on scientific understanding, application, and exam technique.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver AS & A2 Biology syllabus (Edexcel)
- Prepare lesson plans, diagrams, case studies, and exam-focused materials
- Conduct regular assessments and mock exams
- Train students in data analysis, structured answers, and extended responses
- Monitor student performance and provide progress feedback
- Support exam readiness using past papers and examiner guidance.
Requirements
- Degree in Biology / Life Sciences
- Experience teaching IAL / A Level Biology
- Strong conceptual clarity and communication skills.
