At Luxarabia Real Estate , we are expanding our Secondary Market division and are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow our team of property consultants.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Secondary Market Property Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing real estate agents.
- Monitor daily sales activities, KPIs, and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and team training sessions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Ensure agents maintain excellent client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Support negotiations and assist agents in closing high-value transactions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to maximize lead generation campaigns.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Managerin Dubai's Secondary Market real estate sector.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of real estate agents.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary property market.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
