Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns

Requirements Management: Own the product backlog, writing detailed user stories

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business leaders, end users

System Expertise: Apply deep functional knowledge of global 3PL and Contract

Customer-Centric Solutions: Drive the development of customer-facing products

Integration Leadership: Oversee the strategy and implementation of key integrations

Specialized Systems: Manage and define requirements for specialized systems,

Performance Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on product performance data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 6-8 years (Maximum 15-18 years) of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in IT environments within warehouse management systems

Proven experience managing product backlogs and delivering software products in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and product management frameworks.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems independently and make data-driven decisions.

Experience mentoring or leading teams is a plus.
