Job description

  • Making sure that all procedures, standards, and specifications are followed by Make Up Specialists, Uniform Specialists, Studio Desk Specialists;
  • Reviewing other departments’ requests and requirements on daily basis and making sure they are met;
  • Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports, daily reports, monthly reports;
  • Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them;
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and comfortable work environment for subordinates;
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations and feedback;
  • Ensuring continuous and properly organized communication flow within team, subordinates and with other departments;
  • Completing ‘experience share’ training sessions within team ensuring the same high level of skills for all team members;
  • Develop relationships with Beauty Salons for partnership;
  • Monitor make-up products stock, needed for uninterrupted daily work (workshops; photoshoots);
  • Providing daily uniform service: ordering, issuing, replacement, control of wear and tear, cleaning and utilization;
  • Maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and service standards; analysing and resolving quality and service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements;
  • Cooperation with Evolution Academy and Human Resources: ensure availability of uniforms for a new hires / collect uniform from employees leaving the company;
  • New uniforms’ development and delivery process: coordination of design and materials selection, cooperation with management, customers, and suppliers, deliver photo and video testing sessions;
  • Cooperation with Latvia and other Legal Entities regarding uniform/make up related tasks;
  • Maintaining relationship with key suppliers and negotiating competitive contract agreements;
  • Cost management: forecasting and tracking of the costs to achieve accuracy of the spending and compliance with the budget.
  • Higher or incomplete Higher education;
  •  experience in customer service including at least 6 months of managerial experience;
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Georgian (written and verbal). 
  • Advance skills in Excel and proficient with other Microsoft office programs;
  • Experience in developing standards and procedures;
  • Leadership, communication and persuasion skills;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Adaptability, flexibility and mobility;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Proactiveness;
  • The ability to think out of the box;
  • Results driven attitude.
