The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Retoucher to enhance and refine images with a natural, polished finish. You’ll be responsible for detailed skin, body, and color adjustments, ensuring every photo meets our high creative standards and visual consistency.

What You Will Do

Perform detailed skin, body, and color retouching while keeping a natural, realistic look

Adjust lighting, tones, and contrast for balanced, high-quality results

Remove distractions or imperfections (stray hair, wrinkles, dust, etc.)

Prepare and export final images for web and print

Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all photos

Organize and manage files efficiently to support the production workflow

Collaborate with photographers, editors, and creative team members

What We Are Looking For

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

Proven experience in professional photo retouching (portfolio required)

Excellent sense of color, lighting, and texture

Attention to detail and consistency under tight deadlines

Ability to handle large batches of photos while maintaining quality

Basic understanding of composition and visual storytelling

Bonus Points

Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle photography

Familiarity with Retouch4me, Capture One, or other AI-based tools

Experience working with RAW files and color-calibrated workflows
