Job description

Our client is seeking Assemblers to support production operations by performing basic assembly, wiring, fitting, and mounting of components used in industrial electrical equipment. This role follows established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards to ensure all products meet required specifications. The position is ideal for candidates with prior manufacturing or assembly experience who can work in a structured, fast‑paced environment.

Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance

Work Schedules: Monday–Friday

  • 1st Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30PM-12:00AM (includes shift differential)

Responsibilities

  • Lift up to 35 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.
  • Handle materials and finished goods following established procedures.
  • Maintain workflow by communicating part shortages or production issues.
  • Support shipping preparation, including staging and loading finished products.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
  • Inspect and test completed assemblies to verify conformance with quality standards.
  • Perform basic wiring and preparation tasks required for product testing and final inspection.
  • Follow all housekeeping, safety, and 5S requirements to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assemble, fit, and mount components and subassemblies according to written instructions, drawings, or verbal direction.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
  • Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Ability to use manual, electric, and pneumatic tools.
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the facility.
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and reporting hazards.

Preferred Skills

  • Technical training or coursework.
  • Forklift certification or prior forklift experience.
  • Experience with manufacturing systems or inventory software.
  • Background in electrical or mechanical assembly environments.
