Job description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at WireHire, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our executive search and recruitment services. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, client relationship management, and business development to expand our client portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Identify and research prospective clients through various channels, conduct outbound outreach, qualify business opportunities, and build a sustainable sales pipeline to drive business growth.
  • Solution Consulting & Commercial Negotiation: Understand client hiring needs, present tailored recruitment solutions, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to secure successful partnerships.
  • Commercial Risk & Revenue Optimization: Assess business opportunities to ensure compliance with company policies, mitigate commercial risks, and maintain healthy profitability across client engagements.
  • End-to-End Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement to proposal submission, contract execution, invoicing, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with recruitment, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution, candidate delivery, and successful fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Candidate Assessment & Selection: Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify professionals who best match clients' technical requirements and organizational culture. Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, salary negotiation, offer preparation, and onboarding support.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to market expansion and revenue growth. Act as the liaison between clients and candidates throughout the offer stage, facilitating negotiations and ensuring smooth offer acceptance and successful placements.
  • Market Intelligence & Professional Networking: Develop and maintain an extensive professional network while monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, salary movements, and talent availability to support recruitment and business development initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or executive search.
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and result-oriented mindset.
