About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative **Content & Copywriting Lead** to shape and oversee the editorial and content strategy for a fast-growing brand in the financial services industry.
In this role, you will transform complex financial topics into engaging, trustworthy, and user-friendly content while ensuring a consistent brand voice across all communication channels. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and external partners, you will develop content that educates users, strengthens brand authority, and supports lead generation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Editorial Management
- Develop and execute the overall content and editorial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the complete content lifecycle, from planning and creation to publication and optimization.
- Create high-quality articles, guides, market insights, and educational content that position the brand as a trusted industry authority.
- Review and optimize website copy, landing pages, UX copy, and other digital assets to ensure clarity, consistency, and conversion effectiveness.
- Adapt content for multiple communication channels, including social media, newsletters, PR initiatives, and partner communications.
Commercial Performance & Partnerships
- Produce user-focused content that supports financial education, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Identify and develop collaborations with industry influencers, media publications, and strategic partners to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain and update sales enablement materials and partner resources, ensuring messaging consistency across the network.
- Collaborate with SEO and marketing specialists to improve organic visibility, website performance, and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis & Brand Consistency
- Monitor content performance using traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for future content initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or editorial management.
- Previous experience in financial services, real estate, advertising, or another highly regulated industry is considered an advantage.
- Strong ability to create content that drives both engagement and business results.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Experience writing for digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and the ability to integrate them effectively into content production workflows.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting content performance metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Native-level Romanian language proficiency and advanced English skills.
- Willingness to participate in networking events and industry conferences.
