Bulgarian Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance – 100% Remote (Greece)

Location: 100% Remote (Must be resident in or relocating to Greece)

Shift Pattern: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Including nights and weekends)

We are seeking a reliable, calm, and solution-oriented Bulgarian-speaking Roadside Assistance Specialist for a 100% remote position within the Greek territory. In this role, you will be the core lifeline for drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or logistical emergencies across Europe. Because emergencies happen at any hour, this project operates on a 24/7 rotational schedule , offering excellent shift premiums for night and weekend hours. Key Responsibilities

  • Emergency Dispatch: Respond promptly to incoming calls from Bulgarian-speaking drivers experiencing mechanical failures, flat tires, or accidents on the road.
  • Incident Diagnostics: Gather precise details about the vehicle's location and issue using GPS tracking, digital coordinates, and specialized internal maps.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate in real-time with local towing companies, mechanics, car rental agencies, and hotel providers to ensure swift assistance and passenger safety.
  • Calm Reassurance: Provide empathetic, clear, and professional guidance to drivers who may be in stressful, vulnerable, or high-pressure situations.
  • Case Management: Accurately log all data, service dispatches, and insurance verification updates into the CRM system to track case progression.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or C2-level Bulgarian and professional proficiency in English.
  • Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
  • Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work a 24/7 rotational shift schedule , including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Home Office: A quiet, private workspace with a stable, high-speed internet connection (full hardware and dual-monitors provided and shipped directly to your door).
  • Skills: Exceptional multitasking capabilities, strong geographical awareness, and high emotional resilience.
