French Speaking Customer Support – Product Orders & E-Commerce Logistics

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to manage product orders, tracking, and end-to-end delivery logistics for a global e-commerce and retail leader. Based at our high-tech office hub in Athens, you will ensure a flawless shopping and shipping experience for customers across France and French-speaking Europe. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Assist French-speaking customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, payment processing, and billing inquiries.
  • Logistics & Tracking Support: Provide real-time updates on parcel delivery status, investigate carrier delays, and coordinate with fulfillment centers to expedite missing or priority shipments.
  • Returns & Refunds: Guide customers through return protocols, process replacement orders, and issue refunds or store credits in strict accordance with company policy.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve complex delivery disputes, damaged freight claims, or incorrect shipments with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • System Accuracy: Meticulously update customer profiles, order histories, and logistical tracking tickets using advanced internal CRM software.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or C2-level French and professional proficiency in English.
  • Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented, customer-first approach.
  • Aptitude: Strong multitasking abilities, sharp attention to detail, and comfort navigating multiple digital tracking tools simultaneously.
  • Location: Must be willing to work full-time from our physical office campus in Athens (central location with excellent transit connections).
