  • Provide exceptional customer service, taking ownership of issues and delivering proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and support projects.

  • Degree in a relevant discipline or 5+ years’ experience in IT Service Desk/Desktop Support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, O365, and Active Directory/Entra.
  • Solid knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and Microsoft operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Desirable: Microsoft Certifications, ITIL Foundation, or networking knowledge.

If you’re passionate about technology, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a global, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What we offer you

  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Competitive compensation package
  • A fun and rewarding team environment
  • Opportunity to work for an Australian Stock Exchange listed company
  • Employee assistance program
  • Paid parental leave policy
  • Employee discounts of up to 50% on all our electrical products
  • Corporate health and wellness benefits
