ARE YOU THE AUTOMOTIVE INTERNET SALES COORDINATOR OUR TEAM NEEDS?
- 1+ year(s) of automotive BDC experience
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and text
- Proficiency in managing follow-ups using a CRM system
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Eagerness to contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
Your workweek will run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. You'll enjoy steady hours in a collaborative environment, with each day bringing new opportunities to connect with customers and your teammates.
As an Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator, you will start your day reviewing fresh internet leads and inbound inquiries. You will quickly respond to customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments and provide information about our extensive vehicle inventory. Throughout the day, you will manage precise follow-ups using our CRM to ensure every opportunity is captured. Collaboration with the sales team will be a constant as you coordinate smooth handoffs of appointments and help drive traffic into the showroom. Your communication will always be prompt and professional, with a focus on creating a positive, informed experience for every potential buyer. Every day will present new opportunities to help customers find the right vehicle while being part of a fast-paced, high-performing team.
