As the Sales Development Lead based in Singapore, you will own the outbound sales strategy for the region while building and developing a high-performing SDR team. You'll work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to turn ElevenLabs' breakthrough voice technology into new pipeline for enterprises across APAC.
In this role you will
- Build, coach, and manage a team of SDRs, setting the bar for outbound execution and pipeline generation.
- Design and continuously refine the outbound playbook — research, prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social outreach — for the APAC market.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to align on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends, and translate that insight into sharper outreach.
- Own KPI tracking and reporting for the team — conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness — and use that data to optimize strategy.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to scale process as the team and market mature.
- Act as an escalation point and mentor for the team, unblocking deals and developing individual reps' skills.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years outbound B2B sales experience, including experience leading, mentoring, or managing an SDR/BDR team.
- Track record of personally securing new business meetings and a track record of coaching others to do the same.
- Demonstrated ability to build opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and categories.
- Experience building and scaling outbound process, tooling, and playbooks from the ground up.
- Fluency with the full suite of prospecting tools (e.g., sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, CRM).
- Curiosity — asks insightful questions and builds solutions from a foundation of knowledge and insight.
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy while keeping a team aligned and driven.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, able to balance own pipeline work with team leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Second language (Mandarin) a plus
