Our Strategic Finance Group is looking for an experienced professional to join us in BGC, Taguig in the role of Head of Corporate Strategy & Investments.

As the Head of Corporate Strategy & Investmen t s , you will be responsible for leading the Corporate Strategy & Investments function, providing strategic insights to the Board, Executive Committee, ALCO, and business units. Deliver data-driven strategic recommendations that are aligned with shareholder value objectives and integrated into ICAAP, portfolio strategy, and risk appetite frameworks.

What the role will entail

• Lead annual strategic planning processes, facilitating strategy workshops with senior management, and producing the bank's 3–5-year strategic plan for Board approval.
• Produce quarterly or semi-annual industry and sectoral economic and scenario-based outlooks
• Evaluate M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, fintech collaborations, and review major capital investments.
• Produce competitive intelligence reports through gathered insights on industry trends, regulatory developments, technology disruptions, and competitors.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Having obtained a Master's Degree is a plus
• 10–15 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking
• Experience with AI-driven market intelligence tools and data analytics
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and business case development skills
