About the Job
We are looking for an HR Operations Officer to join our client's team and support the day-to-day delivery of human resources operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, and assisting with employee concerns. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices, while helping to create a positive employee experience in a fast-paced IT consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and system access requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support payroll administration by ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee data, attendance, and employment changes.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and HR-related requests.
- Assist employees with HR inquiries and guide company policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, employment documents, certifications, and other HR-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR processes.
- Coordinate with department leaders and stakeholders to support workforce requirements.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of solid experience in HR Operations/Administration or General HR functions within an IT Consulting company is required.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience handling onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Experience supporting payroll, benefits administration, and timekeeping processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
