Position: Butler

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their staterooms
• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, including but not limited to: unpacking and packing luggage, arranging and serving meals and drinks, and coordinating laundry and dry cleaning services
• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences to provide a seamless and personalized experience
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of staterooms and public areas, including restocking of amenities and supplies
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings at all times
• Communicate effectively with other crew members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Assist with the planning and execution of special events and activities for guests
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• Must have ship experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or cruise line
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
