Job description

THIS ROLE

This role is responsible for managing accounts payable and financial operations, including reviewing vendor documents, validating disbursement requests, processing supplier invoices and payment runs, recording financial transactions, performing bank and account reconciliations, monitoring cash balances, and supporting audits and finance-related reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, at least one year of accounting experience, six months of global exposure, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in a shared services or BPO environment and familiarity with NetSuite ERP are advantageous. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You'll review vendor documents and validate disbursement requests for accuracy and compliance
  • You'll handle inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders promptly
  • You'll process payment runs, manage supplier invoices, and record related transactions in financial systems
  • You'll perform bank and account reconciliations, and monitor daily cash balances with reporting
  • You'll support audits and assist the Finance team with documentation, schedules, and ad hoc tasks

ABOUT YOU

  • You have bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred but not required
  • You haveminimum of one year general accounting work experience
  • You have at least 6 months of global exposure
  • You have exposure in a shared service or BPO environment would be an advantage
  • You have effective communication, stakeholder management skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality in a global, multi-currency environment
