Job Summary:

This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing U.S. partnership and corporate tax returns for private equity funds, management companies, and general partners. The position requires strong knowledge of partnership taxation, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements, while ensuring accurate and timely tax filings. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support tax reporting, tax planning initiatives, and compliance obligations. This role also involves researching tax regulations, resolving tax-related issues, maintaining high-quality documentation standards, and contributing to a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• You'll prepare and review U.S. federal and state partnership tax returns (Form 1065), Schedules K-1, K-2/K-3, and corporate tax returns (Form 1120).
• You'll prepare tax workpapers and analyze financial information provided by clients to ensure accurate tax reporting.
• You'll manage quarterly and annual tax estimates, extensions, and compliance requirements for private equity funds and management companies.
• You'll research U.S. tax regulations, IRS guidance, and legislative updates to assess their impact on clients and business operations.
• You'll support tax planning initiatives, strengthen internal controls, and ensure timely delivery of client tax engagements.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CA, or CMA qualification is preferred.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. partnership taxation with a focus on private equity funds.
• You have strong knowledge of Subchapter K, partnership allocations, and U.S. partnership tax regulations.
• You have experience using tax compliance software such as GoSystem and possess advanced Excel skills.
• You have excellent analytical, communication, research, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in U.S. shifts.
