The Opportunity
We are partnering with a world-leading strategy consulting firm to find a highly skilled People Analytics Specialist to join their European team. What You Will Do
Strategic Impact: Partner with firm leadership to drive data-informed initiatives on critical topics like retention, diversity, sustainability, and talent performance.
Dashboard Development: Design and build sophisticated, end-to-end dashboards in Power BI (leveraging DAX and Power Query) that empower management to make better decisions.
Process Automation: Identify inefficiencies in reporting and streamline them using advanced automation tools such as Alteryx and Power Automate .
Data Quality Ownership: Ensure high standards of data hygiene within the firm’s HCM systems (Workday) and other analytical platforms.
Business Partnering: Work closely with stakeholders in Finance, Recruiting, and L&D to provide deep-dive analysis on operational trends and staff utilization.
What We Are Looking For
Analytical Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in an analytical role (e.g., Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, HR Analytics).
Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Excel is essential. Strong preference for candidates with experience in Alteryx, Tableau, or Power Automate .
Education: University degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science).
Communication Skills: Proven ability to "translate" complex data findings into business-friendly insights for non-technical stakeholders (including Senior Partners).
Integrity: Absolute discretion and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
Language: Fluency in English (daily cooperation with international teams).
What We Offer
Strategic Visibility: A rare opportunity to influence the decision-making process at the highest level of a premier consulting firm.
Growth Environment: Access to a high-performance culture where data quality and analytical precision are prioritized and valued.
Professional Development: A clear growth path towards Senior People Analytics Specialist roles.
Modern Working Conditions: A flexible, hybrid office environment based in Wrocław, collaborating with global teams.
