Diagnostic Group, LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist who is responsible for executing procurement activities while supporting alignment with global category strategies. This role serves as a key liaison between the U.S. and European organizations, partnering closely with Category Managers to support supplier management activities across North America. The position also collaborates with the U.S. sales organization to ensure strong cross-functional alignment, responsiveness, and successful business outcomes.
Travel: This position requires regional approximately 15-25 days per year including domestic travel and occasional travel internationally to our locations in Denmark and Poland.
Compensation: $95,000-$125,000 depending on experience.
Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 AM-4 PM. This position requires the incumbent to be onsite each day.

Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing activities including RFQs, negotiations, and supplier selection in support of categories and selected sub-categories.
- Function as the regional procurement interface for North America, ensuring alignment with global category strategies.
- Collaboration with Category Managers on supplier development and strategy execution
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships focused on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support supplier segmentation, SRM, and performance follow-up.
- Ensure contract compliance and alignment with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485/MDR/MDSAP)
- Work closely with the U.S. sales organization to secure alignment and effective cooperation.
- Contribute to process and continuous improvements.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks.
- All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- A master’s degree and/or relevant procurement certifications preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
- Experience working across regions and building alignment.
- Experience from regulated industries, medical device experience is a plus.
Travel
- This position is subject to travel up to 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for extended periods of time during a daily routine.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
