About the Job

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Associate to join our client's Cybersecurity team and help strengthen enterprise identity and security controls. In this role, you will support the implementation and operation of IAM solutions, manage user access processes, and help address complex security and data protection challenges. You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals, work closely with stakeholders, and contribute to initiatives that enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, administration, and optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Analyze and resolve complex identity and access-related issues and security challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Monitor and maintain IAM controls to support data protection and risk management initiatives.
• Assist in the investigation and remediation of access-related security incidents.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and technical standards for IAM operations.
• Utilize ticket management systems to track, manage, and resolve IAM requests and issues.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of extensive experience in Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity, or related security functions.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies, user provisioning, and access management processes.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ticket management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Ruby, or similar automation tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with IAM frameworks, security standards, and best practices.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
