Chief Operating Officer (COO) — Kuala Lumpur (Regional)

We're a rapidly growing international financial services group looking for a commercially driven COO to lead operations across our brokerage, compliance, and support functions. Working closely with the CEO, you'll drive operational excellence and scalable growth across multiple jurisdictions in Forex, CFD, Multi-Asset Brokerage, Securities, Futures, or FinTech.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute the company's operational strategy and scalable SOPs
• Oversee brokerage operations — client onboarding, KYC/AML, deposits/withdrawals, CRM, and MT5 support
• Lead Operations, Customer Service, KYC/AML, Payments, HR, and Finance teams
• Partner with Compliance and Risk to strengthen internal controls and support audits
• Manage global payment partners and optimize deposit/withdrawal turnaround
• Support regional expansion into Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, and the Middle East

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus)
• 8+ years of management experience in financial services, including 3+ years in senior leadership within Forex/CFD/Securities/Futures/FinTech
• Proven track record managing teams of 50+
• Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5, CRM systems, KYC/AML, payment operations, and international regulatory requirements
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Background with international Forex/CFD brokers, multi-asset platforms, or licensed financial institutions
• Experience covering Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, or the Middle East
