THIS UNIQUE PROJECT COMBINES NATURE, LUXURY AND EXCEPTIONAL GASTRONOMY, OFFERING A CREATIVE, PRODUCT-DRIVEN CUISINE DEEPLY ROOTED IN THE LOCAL TERRITORY. WE ARE SEEKING A VISIONARY LEADER WITH OUTSTANDING CULINARY EXPERTISE TO CREATE A MEMORABLE DINING EXPERIENCE FOR BOTH GLAMPING GUESTS AND EXTERNAL VISITORS TO THE RESTAURANT. MAIN FUNCTIONS ? OVERSEE THE OVERALL MANAGEMENT OF THE KITCHEN AND CULINARY TEAM. ? DESIGN AND DEVELOP INNOVATIVE FINE DINING MENUS AND CULINARY CONCEPTS. ? LEAD, ORGANISE AND DEVELOP THE KITCHEN TEAM, INCLUDING STAFF SCHEDULING, TRAINING AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT. ? ENSURE THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF FOOD QUALITY, PRESENTATION AND EXECUTION. ? MANAGE FOOD COSTS, RECIPE COSTING AND RESOURCE OPTIMISATION. ? COORDINATE AND NEGOTIATE WITH LOCAL SUPPLIERS AND FOOD DISTRIBUTORS. ? OVERSEE PURCHASING, STOCK MANAGEMENT AND INVENTORY CONTROL. ? ENSURE FULL COMPLIANCE WITH FOOD HYGIENE AND HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS. ? WORK CLOSELY WITH THE MANAGEMENT TEAM TO DEVELOP AND ENHANCE THE PROPERTY'S OVERALL GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE. REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS ? PROFESSIONAL OR HIGHER EDUCATION QUALIFICATION IN CULINARY ARTS, GASTRONOMY OR A RELATED FIELD. ? PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS A HEAD CHEF OR EXECUTIVE CHEF IN FINE DINING RESTAURANTS. ? DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE MANAGING AND LEADING KITCHEN TEAMS. ? STRONG ORGANISATIONAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS. ? EXPERIENCE IN SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT AND PROCUREMENT. ? SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF CONTEMPORARY MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE AND SEASONAL, PRODUCT-LED COOKING. ?
