This role goes far beyond traditional corporate consulting. You will be responsible for providing high-level technical insights, operational troubleshooting, and customized logistical strategies directly to corporate fleet managers and authorized dealership networks worldwide.

Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

As a Strategic Advisor, your day-to-day operations will include:

• Hybrid Schedule: Maintain an excellent work-life balance with a structured week featuring four days at our state-of-the-art Ghent headquarters and one day working from home.
• B2B Client Relations: Manage high-level communications via phone and secure corporate platforms, upholding our premium benchmarks for safety, quality, and operational reliability.
• Diagnostic Problem-Solving: Analyze complex supply chain, fleet, and logistical roadblocks to design highly efficient, tailored fixes for our business-to-business (B2B) partners.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Team up with internal Sales, Engineering, and Global Logistics divisions to accelerate service delivery and maintain flawless data records across company databases.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Linguistic Capabilities (Mandatory Compliance)

• Dual-Language Fluency: Native or near-native mastery of both Czech and Russian is strictly required. You must be equally confident handling complex written and verbal communications in both languages.
• Corporate English: A minimum of B2 (Upper-Intermediate) proficiency in English to comfortably navigate internal reporting tools, read technical documentation, and collaborate with international teams.
