Core Responsibilities
- B2B Client Management: Oversee critical incoming requests via telephone and digital channels, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and quality service benchmarks.
- Root-Cause Diagnosis: Analyze complex operational and technical bottlenecks to deploy efficient, definitive fixes for corporate partners.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner actively with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Account Management departments to preserve data integrity and streamline corporate workflows.
