HAT Business Controller

About this Position

This role is responsible for financial planning, performance monitoring, business partnering, and governance to help management make informed business decisions.

What you´ll do

• Manages/Coordinates financial statements, business performance tracking reports, annual budgets and analysis reports
• Tracks KPIs and provides in-depth analysis, gives suggestion for the areas to be improved
• Drives and supports the business by assisting business leaders to take best informed decisions
• Communicates and presents pro-actively controlling topics to business stakeholders
• Provides independent & objective information to ensure a systematic control and strict monitoring of planned objectives
• Ensures compliance/governance ensuring the correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of Finance Reporting
• Spreads financial controlling knowledge and consciousness across the company
• Drives continuous improvement in controlling relevant concepts, processes and tools
• Project management

What makes you a good fit

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
• At least 7 years of working experience, with demonstrated track record as controller
• Professional Certification e.g. CPA, CMA, ACCA is a plus
• Solid Knowledge of ERP system e.g. SAP
• Understanding of Accounting, Tax knowledge
• Strong Business Acumen
• Self motivated & good team player
