Overview As a Performance Manager, you’ll work closely with Premium staff within our Premium and Credit Team to uplift performance, whilst ensuring the delivery of a customer-centric and best in class Premium and Credit service. This will be achieved through conducting thorough and in-depth reviews of reporting and premium work/audits, along with coaching and mentoring staff. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities Support compliance with WorkSafe requirements through assurance and audit activities. Drive improved performance across key Premium and Credit measures. Enhance operational consistency, governance, and risk management. Build capability within the Premium and Credit teams through coaching and support. Partner with stakeholders to develop, deliver, and evaluate training solutions for the Premium team.
