Job description

As a Video Editor Senior Executive, you will play a key role in growing our creator network by combining creative video editing with production coordination. You will spend approximately 70% of your time transforming raw footage into engaging, fast-paced short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, using compelling hooks, trendy captions, transitions, and storytelling techniques. The remaining 30% of your role will focus on production logistics, including scouting on-camera talent, coordinating with internal teams, and managing external partners such as talent agencies and equipment rental vendors.

What You Will Do


1. Video Production & AI familiarity (70%)

  • Edit and deliver multiple short-form videos daily across a diverse roster of creator channels. Main source will come from livestream sessions, live shoots at brand stores, studio shooting.
  • Reformat long-form content (streams, podcasts) into viral hooks and micro-content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Design engaging thumbnail concepts, write catchy on-screen copy, and apply fast-paced jump cuts to optimize watch time.
  • Design dynamic on-screen text animations and trendy transitions tailored for short-form social media to increase video engagement.
  • Actively scout on-camera talents via freelance networks, vendor platforms, or talent agencies for upcoming short video shooting sessions.

2. Internal Collaboration (30%)

  • Partner closely with internal Account Management, Creative, and Production teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign success.
  • Independently liaise, negotiate, and coordinate with external vendors, including camera rental houses, talent agencies, and freelance crew members.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Multi-Channel Network (MCN), digital agency, production house, or similar environment managing creator content and production coordination.
  • Proficiency in CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and design tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling, especially creating compelling hooks within the first few seconds to maximize viewer retention.
  • Experience managing high-volume video production workflows and organizing digital assets using platforms such as Google Drive or Frame.io.
  • Good knowledge of copyright-safe music sourcing, sound effects, audio cleanup, and AI-powered editing tools is preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while working efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across internal teams and external vendors are preferred.
  • A portfolio showcasing published video content or editing work is required*
