Job description
- Review clients’ physical documentation and record relevant information in a pre-prepared registry.
- Verify the completeness of documents and the presence of required signatures.
- Check the accuracy of client identification data.
- Ensure that agreements contain all required clauses in line with established criteria.
- Organize, name, and upload client documentation into the relevant system.
- Arrange client files/folders according to established procedures.
- Separate and archive documentation of terminated clients in accordance with internal procedures.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Middle Office team.
- Previous experience working with documentation or in an administrative role will be considered an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with a team.
