Location: Brussels, Belgium Work Model: Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead large-scale transformation initiatives in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and risk management within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end program and project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing issues proactively.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery aligns with organizational standards.
• Drive change management activities to support successful project adoption.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Program and Project Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience working in regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management methodologies.
• Experience working with global delivery teams.
• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch .
